- Violates Third-Party Rights: Infringes on copyright, trademark, or privacy rights. You represent that you have obtained all necessary consents (including client consents) to upload estate planning documents (e.g., trusts, wills) to our platform.
- Illegal Activities: Promotes or facilitates money laundering, tax evasion, fraud, or any illegal financial scheme.
- Sensitive Personal Harm: Contains non-consensual sexual content, hate speech, or material that promotes self-harm or violence.
- Malicious Code: Contains viruses, malware, or any code designed to disrupt or monitor our systems.
2. Prohibited Actions
You may not:
- Reverse Engineer: Attempt to decompile, reverse engineer, or discover the source code or underlying algorithms of our AI models.
- Automated Scraping: Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to access our Services without permission.
- Bypass Limits: Attempt to circumvent rate limits, user quotas, or security measures.
- Misrepresent AI Output: You may not represent AI-generated summaries or diagrams as fully human-verified legal or tax advice without your own independent review.
3. Use of AI & Disclaimers
- Professional Supervision Required: Luminary AI provides informational summaries and visualizations. It is not a substitute for professional legal or tax advice. You agree to review all AI outputs for accuracy before presenting them to clients or relying on them for legal filings.
- No Automated Decision Making: You may not use our Services to make fully automated decisions that have legal or significant financial effects on individuals without human intervention.
4. Enforcement
We reserve the right to investigate violations and remove content or suspend access immediately if we suspect a breach of this AUP.
